Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers.
Diplomacy and communication skills to handle any complaints and emergencies in a level-headed manner
The ability to multitask and manage time.
Verifies that accurate room status, information is maintained and properly communicated.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
Must have pre-experience of handling IDS.
Must have 12 yrs + experience.
